Individual Membership

The 2022 SPA Mick McGoldrick Individual Membership Series of Events is proudly sponsored by McGoldrick’s Pool and Sports Bar, Rutherglen, Glasgow.

There will be FOUR events in 2022, each of these will count towards a players’ ranking in the series, in addition, the Scottish Singles will also count towards each players’ ranking. Every player is awarded Merit or Ranking Points determined by their position in each event.

The National Finals shall be held on the following dates:-

Event 1: 5th & 6th March (Players Lounge, Falkirk)

Event 2: 14th & 15th May (Corner Pocket, Dalkieth)

Event 3: 13th & 14th August (Shotz, Dundee)

Event 4: 10th & 11th September (McGoldrick’s, Glasgow)

The National Finals will have 128 qualifiers, where the Top 16 from the previous season rankings are automatic and joined by 112 qualifiers from all over Scotland. In the local qualifying, matches will start as races to seven. Rising to a race to eight at the quarter-finals , nine in the semi-finals of the national event, and a race to ten in the Final.
